Dr. Congilose has been responsible for preparing driver education at New Jersey City University for sixteen years. His traffic safety teaching experience includes over thirty years of secondary teaching; and five years assessing with behind-the-wheel instruction at Newark Academy. He received his BS and MA degrees from Montclair State University. In addition, he earned his M.Ed. and Ed.D degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University in health education.
