Course Description:

This course introduces students to American government and politics. We focus primarily on the structure, processes, and participants of the national government, although we will spend some time on state and local issues as well. Throughout our investigation of these elements of political life we'll also emphasize ways in which we can interact and participate in American political life.

(Note: the powerpoint for the game is pretty finicky sometimes and links may not work correctly. If you click and it goes to a different question than expected, just go back to the main game page and click again. That usually fixes it. To advance to the 2nd round, just click the topic headers in the first round. To advance to the final round, click the topic header in the second round).
