Take the Author's Hardware Survey (new location, same questions)

Please complete this survey. It will be used to get a general idea of the course member's computer demographics. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. If you wish to view the results of this survey, you must register a username with the NJCU SelectSurvey system.

NOTE: There is a temporary glitch in the system... After creating your account and logging in, come back to this page and click the "Hardware Survey" link a second time to begin the survey questions. Hopefully our service provider and the software developer will resolve this issue in the next release.

Privacy Statement: Only general statistics will be shared or used in studies. Personal information gathered in this survey will be held in strict confidentiality, and will not be sold or used for any commercial enterprise.

Personal Request: The author would like an opportunity to discuss your setup in a personal dialog via Email. You will be given an opportunity to decline contact within the survey.
(The trial survey does not have this option. You may be contacted at the author's discretion.)
