Customer Review: This book is a great reference. I must say that I was hesitant about getting this book. I have used different versions of Outlook for years and felt that I would not benefit from it, but I was absolutely wrong. There are features in Outlook that I had no idea about. I regret buying Act 6.0 for my contact manager now because of what I've learned about Outlook through reading this book. I'm sure there are many of you out there that feel that you have a good knowledge of Outlook - but most of you still have yet to tap into it's wonders. Outlook 2002 for Dummies is written in standard "Dummies" form and is really easy to understand, yet not too boring for tech types either! It's a good investment.

Customer Review: Outstanding! Wow! This series has really improved since the 2000 version . . . and it is in color! (This series is for the version 2002 programs, which are part of Office XP - which replaces the Office 2000 programs.) I wasn't really planning to buy any of these books this time around until I looked a little more closely at them. They are very nice! So I bought them all!
